Pre InspectionBefore the job is started we need to look at your carpets and any items that need to be cleaned so we can discuss cleaning options. This is done with the homeowner so we can address any stains or problem areas that need extra attention.
Pre VacuumingAt the beginning of the job, one of the fist things we will do is pre-vacuum your carpets. Don't worry all you neat freaks out there, you can still vacuum before we get there. You can never vacuum too much so have at it. We like to do this as it removes more dirt, soil, and loose debris. In turn, it makes for a more clean carpet. Also when you spray the cleaning solution on top of dry dirt what happens? yes, it gets wet and turns into a muddy texture. We don't want to do that do we? it sort of defeats the purpose of cleaning carpets only to spread mud all over them.
Pre Conditioner/Spot TreatmentAs with any process, you have steps and this next step is crucial in having an amazing Carpet Cleaning done. This step is pre-conditioning your carpets and sad to say not all companies do this step. When this step is missed it creates longer cleaning times as the technician has to spend more time having the Carpet Cleaning Machine do all the work. The solution used to treat your carpets does a great job at breaking down problem areas that a machine alone can't handle. There are many pre-conditioning agents that can tackle the job. When a technician uses the right solution which cuts way down on cleaning time and saves you the customer money.

Steam Clean/Water ExtractionThis is when we get down to the nitty-gritty and do the work that makes your carpets beautiful again. We start at one end of the room with a shampoo and de-foamer. We make several passes until the carpets look amazing. Then we make a final pass and rinse your carpets to get any remaining dirt and cleaning agents out of the carpets. Next, we brush your carpets with a pile brush in one direction to help with the drying process. At this point, any furniture is moved back to its original place and will have protective pads put under it. We ask that you try to avoid walking on carpets until they are completely dry.
